Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy is outlined below:

1. For Home Delivery within Dhaka: If you receive a faulty item, notify us during receiving the product in front of delivery man. If the product has any kind of damage or fault we will exchange the product in 2/3 days or issue a full refund the money within 24 hours.

2. For Courier Deliveries: If you receive a faulty item, notify us during receiving the product in front of delivery man. If the product has any kind of damage or fault we will exchange the product in 2/3 days or refund the money within 24 hours.

3. For Pickup: If you want to Pickup the ordered product, then we would request you to check the item when you’re collecting it. If you find any fault of the product you can deny it right away. We will either repurchase the item or issue a full refund based on your preference.

4. Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled only if the traveler has not made the purchase. Once the item is purchased, cancellation is not possible.

5. Items Warranty:In case of missing items due to shipment delays, luggage loss, or unforeseen circumstances, we offer two options: a refund or repurchasing the item and sending it with the next traveler.
